Policies

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase,  please contact us within three (3) days of delivery for a return authorization and instructions.  Upon receiving the item from you, we will  refund 100% of the purchase price.  We will not refund the costs of handling, shipping and insurance on the initial order or the return.  

 We strive to provide an accurate description and quality photographs for each item available through our on-line gallery.  We do our best to represent the true color of each item but the color on computer monitors vary greatly.  If the color of an item is a determining factor in your decision to purchase the item,  we encourage you to e-mail us at info@valentineantiquegallery.com  or contact us at 740/965-9519  prior to purchasing the item.  

Extra care is given in packing all items.  However, we will not be responsible for merchandise damaged during shipment, and strongly advise you to insure all items purchased.
