SHIPPING: Items are shipped within 5-7 business days. Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.  The carrier for shipping International orders will be based on destination. Visit www.usps.com to estimate shipping from zip code 43074, or email info@valentineantiquegallery.com with your zip code and we can provide an estimate for the shipping costs.

INSURANCE: Each item is carefully packed for shipping. However, we can not guarantee how a package is handled once it leaves our gallery. We insure all items for the amount of the purchase price. The insurance fee is included in the handling fee. 

RETURNS: If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please notify us within 3 days of receipt for a return authorization. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will refund 100% of the purchase price. We will not refund the cost of shipping, handling and insurance for the initial order or the return. We strive to provide an accurate description and quality photographs for all item available through our on-line gallery. If color is a determining factor in your purchase, we strongly suggest you contact us with any questions you may have about the color of an item due to the color variations on computer monitors.
